Touch-Sensitive Discs

All ceiling discs are touch-sensitive. Tap once for Blue "Night Mode," tap again for Warm White, or hold to dim.

Task Lighting

Dedicated task lighting is hidden under cabinets near the sink, the "Vice" bar, and above the twins.

SHINY HOUSE

THE SHINY HOUSE

Sleeping

Sofa/Bed Conversion

  • 1. Remove back cushions.
  • 2. Pull under-carriage out from center (it sways a bit so be careful of the walls).
  • 3. Retrieve bedding from the revealed storage.
  • 4. Store cushions in that same area before folding the backrest down.

Twin bed linens and pillows are in cabinets directly above the twins.

06
SHINY HOUSE

THE SHINY HOUSE

Chef's Kitchen

Induction Mastery

Professional-grade induction stove. Only works with provided specialized magnetic cookware. Please always run the overhead stove vent while cooking.

Emergency Fire extinguisher is under the sink.

  • 1. Place cookware on burner.
  • 2. Press Power.
  • 3. Tap corresponding Burner Select.
  • 4. Press (+) for heat level (9 is max).

Burners share power to maintain efficiency. Use trivets for hot pans.

THE SHINY HOUSE

Climate Control

Overhead Unit (for daily use)

Controlled by the white remote or the center button overhead. We recommend Auto mode for consistent comfort.

ACHEATDRYFANAUTO

The 30°F Rule

The overhead heat pump will not function below 30°F. Please shut it off completely at this temperature to protect the system.

Energy & System Care

To help us maintain these specialized systems, please turn the overhead unit off completely whenever you are away from the property.

SHINY HOUSE

THE SHINY HOUSE

Winter Heating

Below Freezing

Never use the overhead unit if the outside temperature is below 30 degrees. Instead, use the two thermostats located near the right twin bed:

  • Main Forced Air: Thermostat closest to driveway. Heats the camper quickly.
  • Heated Flooring: Second thermostat. Provides added comfort throughout.

Pro-Tip: Bathroom Airflow

Keep the bathroom door open when not in use. Heated floors are the only heat source there and require airflow to stay comfortable.

CRITICAL: POWER SOURCE

Never run the overhead unit and wall heaters simultaneously. The system cannot support all three.

TINY HOUSE

THE TINY HOUSE

Living & Sleeping

The Italian Leather Sleeper

  • 1. Roll the leather ottoman out of the way (watch the rug, as it tends to bunch!).
  • 2. Remove the large sofa cushions.
  • 3. Pull up and out to extend the mattress—ready with fresh sheets.
  • 4. Use the large cushion as a headboard and the cylindrical pillows on the sides to cover the metal bars.

The back cushions can be stored neatly underneath the extended bedframe.

PRO-TIP: OPEN PLAN LIVING

Converting the bed back to a sofa during the day significantly opens up the living space for activities and movement.

Bedding & Storage

  • Duvet: Tucked inside the rolling ottoman.
  • Pillows: Located in the storage box toward the back left of the room.

THE TINY HOUSE

State of the "Art" Dining

The wall art to your left is actually a hidden dining table!
To use it:

  • 1. Flip up and lock the black frames on the right and left.
  • 2. Release the latch at the top while holding the table steady (it weighs about 20 lbs).
  • 3. Gently lower it onto its hinge.
  • To store: Keep the legs extended until the table is successfully latched to the wall.
  • Then, pull up on the leg levers to release the locks and fold the legs in.

It seats four comfortably using the corner storage box and the ottoman as benches.

The Loft

The Library Ladder

Gently push the ladder upward and then pull outward to a comfortable angle before climbing, and ensure the wheels are locked in place. Please be careful going up and down and do so at your own risk.

Upstairs Retreat

Discover a cozy hideaway featuring a convertible game table and comfortable poofs for unwinding. Our digital library offers a wide range of games, from casual classics to exciting new challenges. Security Note: While you are welcome to purchase new titles, please ensure you never save your credit card information to the system.

MIND YOUR HEAD

Please be aware that the loft features a cozy 5.5ft ceiling height.

OUTDOORS

OUTDOOR LOUNGE

The Pit

The Fire Pit

Our gravel lounge features a premium Modeno propane fire bowl. It’s the ultimate spot for the "edge-of-the-property" view without the hassle of wood.

Ignition Sequence

  • 1. Turn the red timer (on the back side of the gravel patio border that steps down towards the woods) to your duration (up to 1 hour).
  • 2. Push and hold the Igniter Button on the fire bowl.
  • 3. While holding it, push and turn the Control Knob counter-clockwise to LOW.
  • 4. Continue holding the knob in until lit, then release.

SAFETY FIRST

We are in a high-fire-risk area. Never leave the fire unattended. Do not move the lava rocks. The system features an auto safety shut-off when the timer expires.

Grilling

Industrial Grill

To the left of the Base Camp entry is a commercial-grade charcoal grilling station with dual 20-inch prep shelves, and a two-foot cooktop. It’s built for those who take mountain barbecue seriously!

Ash Management

An ash can is next to the grill. Only move coals once they are completely cold.

GRILL SAFETY

  • Never use gasoline or highly flammable liquids to start the charcoal.
  • Keep children at a safe distance from the hot cooktop.
  • Ensure the grill is fully extinguished before retiring for the evening.

Extra towels are located in both bathrooms. Convenient towel hooks are attached to the Tiny House siding adjacent to the spa area.

Cover

Unbuckle safety straps and slide the insulated cover onto the deck. Re-buckle after your soak.

Controls

The digital control panel is located on the top rim. Press "Jets" for high flow.

OUTDOOR LOUNGE

The Patio

Sheltered by a large awning and lit by Edison string lights, our eight-seat dining table is the perfect hub for family feasts or board game marathons.

AMBIENT LIGHTING

The Edison lights follow an automated schedule for your convenience.

MANUAL OVERRIDE: Use the switch on the side of the Base Camp Sign closest to the camper to control them at your own preference.

SILVER LINING SOUNDS

Hi-Fidelity Audio Entire Patio Range

BEAR SAFETY PROTOCOL

Living in the ridges means sharing space with local black bears. Never leave food or trash outside. Frequency is key: make trips to the bear-proof compactor by the driveway shed during daylight hours. The small safety opening prevents large-scale storage.

The driveway is unlit at night. Please handle trash and logistics before sunset.
