  • 4. Store cushions in that same area before folding the backrest down.

Twin bed linens and pillows are in cabinets directly above the twins.

Climate Control

Overhead Unit (for daily use)

Controlled by the white remote or the center button overhead. We recommend Auto mode for consistent comfort.

ACHEATDRYFANAUTO

The 30°F Rule

The overhead heat pump will not function below 30°F. Please shut it off completely at this temperature to protect the system.

Energy & System Care

To help us maintain these specialized systems, please turn the overhead unit off completely whenever you are away from the property.

Winter Heating

Below Freezing

Never use the overhead unit if the outside temperature is below 30 degrees. Instead, use the two thermostats located near the right twin bed:

  • Main Forced Air: Thermostat closest to driveway. Heats the camper quickly.
  • Heated Flooring: Second thermostat. Provides added comfort throughout.

Pro-Tip: Bathroom Airflow

Keep the bathroom door open when not in use. Heated floors are the only heat source there and require airflow to stay comfortable.

CRITICAL: POWER SOURCE

Never run the overhead unit and wall heaters simultaneously. The system cannot support all three.

Living & Sleeping

The Italian Leather Sleeper

  • 1. Roll the leather ottoman out of the way (watch the rug, as it tends to bunch!).
  • 2. Remove the large sofa cushions.
  • 3. Pull up and out to extend the mattress—ready with fresh sheets.
  • 4. Use the large cushion as a headboard and the cylindrical pillows on the sides to cover the metal bars.

The back cushions can be stored neatly underneath the extended bedframe.

PRO-TIP: OPEN PLAN LIVING

Converting the bed back to a sofa during the day significantly opens up the living space for activities and movement.

Bedding & Storage

  • Duvet: Tucked inside the rolling ottoman.
  • Pillows: Located in the storage box toward the back left of the room.

THE TINY HOUSE

State of the "Art" Dining

The wall art to your left is actually a hidden dining table! To use it:

  • 1. Flip up and lock the black frames on the right and left.
  • 2. Release the latch at the top while holding the table steady (it weighs about 20 lbs).
  • 3. Gently lower it onto its hinge.
  • To store: Keep the legs extended until the table is successfully latched to the wall.
  • Then, pull up on the leg levers to release the locks and fold the legs in.

It seats four comfortably using the corner storage box and the ottoman as benches.
